The best Ramen I have ever eaten was in Tokyo, however, I will save any talk about my trip to Japan for a post dedicated specifically to Japan...keep an eye out for it!
Back to the point at hand.
When I am craving noodles I go to my local Jinya, normally the Burbank location. They have grown quite a bit over the years and are pretty much across the county. In my opinion it hits the spot, the noodles have the right amount of bite (who doesn’t like al dente noodles, I know I do). They also have these great apps or small plates that I love, I recommend the mini tacos, specifically Salmon.
Have you tried Jinya, if so let me know what you think?
Is there a better place for Ramen in the Los Angeles area, please feel free to drop me a note with your recommendations?
Check out our go to meal below.
Thanks for stopping by again and have a great day Lovely's!
XOXO,
KJ
